Job summary

Fenner Precision Polymers is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to lead our business intelligence transformation. You will partner with the BI Architect to develop and maintain Power BI reporting across the organization, translating stakeholder questions into governed analytics.

You will collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and IT to deliver actionable insights, build dashboards, automate reports, and define KPI logic to drive performance improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Advanced Power BI developer skills (Report building, data model creation, Advanced Dax).
• Strong SQL knowledge.
• Experience in JD Edwards ERP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate business questions into analytical requirements and dashboards.
• Build Power BI dashboards and reports aligning with governance standards.
• Integrate data from ERP and other sources; automate recurring reports.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and IT to drive performance improvements.
