Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will gather, analyze and transform data into meaningful insights that support strategic business decisions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, identify trends, build dashboards and ensure data accuracy across all reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze and interpret large datasets from multiple sources.
• Build interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
• Develop automated reporting solutions and improve existing dashboards.
• Identify trends, patterns and actionable insights to support business planning.
• Work with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into reporting solutions.
• Maintain data quality, perform data validation and ensure accuracy in all reports.
• Support ad-hoc analysis, business reviews and performance tracking.
• Build SQL queries to extract, transform and load (ETL) data for analysis.
• Present insights and recommendations to leadership in a clear and structured way.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and data-interpretation skills.
• Experience with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, modeling).
• Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical insights to non-technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python or R for data analysis (optional but preferred).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Experience working with CRM, ERP or financial systems.
• Understanding of BI best practices and data warehousing concepts.
