Job summary

You will research data discrepancies, coordinate with sponsor partners and internal teams, and drive issues to resolution. The role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Enter and verify detailed client and account information accurately and within established timelines.
• Research data discrepancies, business processes, and account-related issues.
• Use departmental technology platforms and resources to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
• Communicate directly with sponsor partners and internal teams to clarify expectations, obtain necessary information, and drive action.
• Provide clear and timely updates regarding status, next steps, outstanding needs, and anticipated completion.
• Maintain ownership of assigned work and follow issues through to resolution.
• Respond professionally and courteously to requests received by phone, voicemail, email, or in person.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding the entry and maintenance of account information.
• Complete accuracy checks to help ensure data-quality standards are consistently achieved.
• Participate in projects and cross-training opportunities based on business needs.
