You will partner with leadership to identify opportunities, develop empathy maps, coach teams, and deploy automation solutions while maintaining alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and facilitate cross-team work without direct supervision.
• Strong ability to translate data and concepts into clear recommendations.
• Experience identifying problems, adapting plans to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead department-wide projects using continuous improvement processes and tools to achieve positive outcomes.
• Facilitate complex work across cross-functional teams, building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
• Partner with leadership to identify, assess, and prioritize improvement opportunities.
• Use client feedback, data, and industry best practices to support improvement strategy.
• Engage directly with clients to understand experiences and needs.
• Coach associates and teams while developing productive working relationships.
• Implement improvements and monitor results to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Support deployment of automation solutions and report on efficiency gains.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with clear priorities.
