Job summary

Nassau Financial Group is seeking an Investment Data Integrity professional to ensure accuracy and completeness of investment data across systems and downstream reporting. You will reconcile positions and transactions, maintain security master data, and support the data warehouse with robust controls.

Work closely with Front Office, Investment Accounting, Treasury, and Technology to investigate issues, implement improvements, and ensure reliable data for reporting and decision making.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in investment operations, data operations, accounting, or a related field.
• Foundational knowledge of financial instruments, investment operations, and the investment lifecycle.
• Experience with data warehouses, data mappings, and transformation logic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile investment positions and transactions across internal systems.
• Investigate and resolve data variances; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Support security master data and downstream data accuracy in reporting.
• Assist with data warehouse controls, testing, and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Reporting, and Technology teams to resolve data issues.
