Responsibilities

• Analyze investment and portfolio data to identify trends, variances, and items requiring investigation.
• Reconcile financial records at the account and position level, researching discrepancies and coordinating corrections through resolution.
• Review private market, hedge fund, and other alternative investment documentation and accurately capture relevant information in internal systems.
• Partner with clients, internal teams, and external providers to investigate and resolve data or reporting issues.
• Support client implementations, including account configuration, data validation, user training, and ongoing operational support.
• Manage day-to-day client requests and proactively address service or data-related issues.
• Configure client environments, including accounts, investments, assets, classifications, and related system attributes.
• Assist with monitoring and administration of automated financial data feeds.
• Develop customized reports and analyses based on client requirements.
• Coordinate with technology and data providers on system issues, enhancements, and data quality matters.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize workloads, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy.
• Develop and improve procedures, documentation, controls, and quality-assurance processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and proactively respond to evolving client and business needs.
