Qualifications

• 1+ year working with an HRIS system.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a unified data integrity process with payroll, training and other departments.
• Perform data entry and administrative tasks for employee files and wage records.
• Report to the Chief of Labor Relations.
• Collaborate with Labor Relations, Training, Payroll and Talent Acquisition.
• Identify first-time data quality gaps and support improvements.
• Assist in moving resources and processes based on business needs.
