The Providencia Group is seeking a Data Preparation Specialist to support the Safety and Wellness Check Program in El Paso, TX onsite. You will collect, review, update, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability, collaborating with CARE team and field staff.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree or equivalent experience, strong MS Office skills, and bilingual Spanish/English abilities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; a high school diploma with two or more years of relevant experience may be substituted.
• 2+ years of computer experience; four years if substituting a high school diploma.
• Strong MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; high typing speed.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Enter, verify, track, and update customer information and inventory data.
• Review and validate data for accuracy, completeness, and relevance; correct errors.
• Conduct background research using internal and approved external databases; verify identity and records.
