Job summary

The Providencia Group in El Paso, TX is seeking a Compliance and Quality Control Manager to ensure operations meet client policies and applicable laws. You will oversee QASP, Audit Plan, quality reporting, and performance improvements, coordinating with leadership to implement quality control across programs.

The role requires a Master’s degree (or equivalent experience), 2+ years in program management or compliance, willingness to travel up to 50%, and strong organizational and communication

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or 2+ years in related field (program management, business admin, or similar).
• Experience in compliance, quality assurance, or implementation of licensing, accreditation, and policies.
• Knowledge of TVPRA, Flores, and laws for unaccompanied children and family units is desirable.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work flexible hours including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all teams adhere to internal quality standards, metrics, and SOPs as defined in the QASP.
• Lead quality control program including Audit Plan, quality reporting, risk management, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee on-site quality control for field staff and client site engagements.
• Create SOPs, FAQs, scripts, and resources for field teams to maintain professional conduct.
• Monitor compliance with SOPs and conduct policies across onsite visit teams.
• Perform quality assurance audits and ensure timely, accurate reporting against contract deliverables.
