The Providencia Group is seeking a Background Check Analyst to support the Safety and Wellness Check Program. You will conduct comprehensive vetting of sponsors and household members, analyze criminal and child-welfare records, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to inform timely, evidence-based decisions.

The role requires privacy, strict confidentiality, and adherence to federal standards while using government databases and investigative tools to validate information.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years in law, social work, detention, corrections, or related investigations.
• Experience with background investigations and vetting identities.
• Ability to manage high-volume caseloads with accuracy and deadlines.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Mansioni

• Conduct comprehensive background checks on sponsors and household members, including criminal history and child-welfare records.
• Review sensitive data from multiple sources to identify discrepancies and risk indicators.
• Escalate cases per protocols when red flags are identified.
• Prepare detailed case notes and investigative summaries for stakeholders.
• Provide clear summaries of findings to internal teams and clients.
