Job summary

Expion Health is seeking a Data Analyst, Pharmacy Analytics to serve as the dependable source behind pharmacy data, reports, and dashboards used by Clinical, Client Operations, and Analytics teams. You will pull and validate claims data, maintain recurring reports, and answer internal and client questions with clear, trustworthy results.

You will work within the Clinical & Analytic Strategy team, collaborating to turn requests into actionable insights, and supporting formulary and business

Qualifications

• 2+ years of analytics experience in pharmacy/PBM/health plan.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong Excel, SQL, and data validation skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Pull and validate pharmacy claims and related data using SQL/Snowflake.
• Build, maintain, and enhance recurring reports and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot issues and validate outputs.
• Support ad hoc analyses for clinical, formulary, or business changes.
• Run routine Medi-Span reporting and file distribution.
• Document reports and processes for cross-training.
