Job summary

Farmina is seeking a Data Analyst to support Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance with data analysis, reporting, and business insights. The role focuses on maintaining data sources, building dashboards, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to drive strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of transforming data into meaningful business insights while collaborating with internal stakeholders on sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis or related role.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, data modeling).
• Experience with Power BI or other BI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and scorecards for Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership teams.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual business reporting packages and performance summaries.
• Consolidate and analyze internal and external data sources to evaluate sales, product, customer, and promotional performance.
• Deliver ad hoc reporting and analysis to support business initiatives and decision making.
