Job summary

Phibro Animal Health Corporation seeks an Analyst, Data and Analytics to bridge business stakeholders with the Data & Analytics team. You will translate requirements for Data Warehouse, BI, and Planning Analytics, ensuring measurable business value across finance, sales, supply chain, and operations.

The role involves designing BI reports, dashboards, and self-service analytics, validating planning models, and supporting budgeting and forecasting within a cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Reporting & Analytics, and Financial Systems.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business users to understand challenges, opportunities, and reporting needs.
• Design and validate BI reports, dashboards, and self-service analytics solutions.
• Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives and planning models.
• Develop test scenarios and test scripts and document requirements.
• Track defects, enhancements, and change requests and support project delivery.
