Job summary

Phibro Animal Health Corporation seeks a Business/Data Analyst to bridge business needs with the Data & Analytics team. You will work with Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations to translate requirements into BI solutions and planning analytics deliverables.

Experience in reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analytics, with strong communication and problem-solving skills, is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Reporting & Analytics.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills; ability to document clearly.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business users to understand challenges, reporting needs, and opportunities.
• Document requirements, process flows, and functional specifications; translate to technical specs.
• Design, validate BI reports and dashboards; perform data analysis on enterprise datasets.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning analytics models and UAT activities.
• Develop test scenarios, maintain documentation, and assist with deployment and adoption.
