JustFoodForDogs is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst – Data, Digital & Marketing Analytics to partner with the Director of FP&A and support finance’s collaboration with Digital and Marketing teams.

You will drive analytics for planning, forecasting, and performance across digital channels. The ideal candidate turns data into clear business insights, maintains dashboards, and helps model budgets and scenarios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• 4-6+ years of experience in financial analysis within marketing or digital channels.
• Experience collaborating with marketing/e-commerce partners is a plus.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Hands-on use of AI tools in data analytics, reporting and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly reporting of digital sales against forecast and prior year with root-cause explanations.
• Track marketing activations, ROI, and channel mix shifts; translate results into insights.
• Develop and maintain digital/marketing KPIs and dashboards for leadership review.
• Parse large data sets from marketing, e-commerce, and finance systems into decision-ready reports.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling across channels.
