Qualifications

• 5–7 years of data engineering, pipeline development, and data infrastructure experience.
• 3+ years of data platform project/team management.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and modern data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake).
• Experience with data integration and middleware tools (e.g., Informatica).

Responsibilities

• Document current state and set vision for future data state with stakeholders.
• Plan and support data platform technologies and onboarding of new processes.
• Drive automation via monitoring, observability, and tooling to reduce delivery lead time.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and code reviews.
• Manage incidents affecting data pipelines and infrastructure.
