Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and 2–4 years of related experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with business analyses to support operational improvements.
• Working knowledge of PC software, Business Objects, Oracle and mainframe tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepares functional specifications to support client requests and provides ad hoc reporting (30%).
• Provides user training and day-to-day client support; manages changes via analyses and negotiations (20%).
• Develops vendor analyses and supports business planning and budgets (20%).
• Leads enhancements to solve business problems and maintains data integrity (30%).
