Job summary

Exelon is seeking a professional to prepare functional specifications and analyses to support client requests, with possible extended hours for storms or energy delivery emergencies. The role includes ad hoc reporting and user training to ensure smooth operation of business processes.

You will evaluate vendor proposals, assist in business planning and budgeting, and recommend enhancements to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2–4 years of related work experience in the functional area.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with Business Objects, Oracle and mainframe tools.
• Willingness to work extended hours, including 24x7 coverage during storms or energy emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Prepares functional specifications to support client requests and provides ad hoc reporting.
• Provides user training and day-to-day client support, manages changes via analyses and negotiation.
• Develops proposals and evaluates vendor packages for functional needs and assists with budgets.
• Recommends enhancements and performs business analyses to improve operations and data integrity.
