You will train users, provide day-to-day support, and manage changes through economic analyses and negotiations while collaborating across business and technical teams to improve processes and data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of related work experience in the functional area.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks through planning, scheduling and coordination.
• Ability to perform business analyses to support operational improvements.
• Demonstrated working knowledge in PC, Business Objects, Oracle and mainframe tools.
• Availability to work extended hours, including 24 x 7 coverage during storms or energy delivery emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Prepares functional specifications to support client requests and provides ad hoc reporting services.
• Provides user application training and day-to-day client support; controls and prioritizes changes via analyses and negotiation.
• Develops proposals and analyzes vendor packages to assess their fit for functional needs and assists budgets.
• Recommends enhancements and changes to solve business problems and ensures data integrity.
