Job summary

Exelon Corporation is seeking a skilled Operations/Billing Specialist to review and resolve customer billing exceptions. You will analyze meter data, perform estimates, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure accurate billing and timely processing.

The role involves working with residential, commercial, and industrial accounts, using CIMS and MDM systems, and may require extended hours during storms or emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Demonstrated proficiency in the use of CIMS, MDM, Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Demonstrated analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a high performance, team environment

Responsibilities

• Analyze and review meter data and estimate data using pre-approved guidelines.
• Process residential, commercial and industrial billing exceptions daily in CIMS/MDM.
• Interface with departments to expedite requests and perform billing adjustments.
• Process installations, transfers and cancellations in CIMS for all customer types.
• Identify and implement process improvements and work on initiatives when needed
