Job summary

The Family Tree, Inc. is seeking a Data and Grants Manager to support House of Hope and GOALS residential programs with data accuracy, QA, compliance, and grant reporting. You will partner with leadership to ensure timely, compliant reporting and robust data systems.

You will maintain program data, monitor funding requirements, and support audits and funder reviews while helping staff with data processes and reporting workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with data management, quality assurance, grant reporting, compliance, or program administration.

Responsibilities

• Data Management and Quality Assurance: monitor HMIS/data timeliness, accuracy, and completeness; conduct QA reviews; identify gaps and coach staff.
• Reporting and Grants: prepare grant/contract reports; gather and organize program information for funders; track deliverables and deadlines.
• Contract and Funding Compliance: ensure compliance with grant requirements; prepare for audits and funder reviews; maintain organized records.
• OneHome and Data Systems: review data in OneHome; train staff on data processes; identify recurring issues and propose improvements.
• GOALS and Outcomes Tracking: track program outcomes; maintain reporting tools; support leadership with progress monitoring.
• Process and Administrative Systems: maintain SharePoint resources; update forms; create efficient workflows.
• Staff Training and Technical Assistance: provide data entry/HMIS training; develop resources; offer coaching.
• Collaboration and Program Support: work with program managers; report to leadership; coordinate with other departments.
