Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; ideally in non-profit management or communications
• Non-profit fundraising or related experience is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage donor and volunteer relations, including the end-to-end gift acknowledgment process and reconciliations with Finance
• Research grant opportunities, maintain grant database, deadlines, and reporting schedules; participate in planning meetings
• Provide clerical and data-entry support to ensure efficient development department operations
