Job summary

CareDx is seeking a senior data governance specialist to lead Customer Master Data Management and information governance across the enterprise. You will implement golden records, manage Salesforce stewardship, and drive data quality improvements.

The role requires 5+ years in data governance or data operations in healthcare or life sciences, with strong SQL and data warehousing knowledge, plus experience with MDM tools. Remote or hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
5+ years in customer master data management or data governance in healthcare or life sciences.
Salesforce.com experience managing customer or account data is required.
Experience with PHI/PII in regulated healthcare environments.
Strong working knowledge of HIPAA, privacy principles, and data access controls.

Responsibilities

Establish the systems, processes, standards, and governance model for customer master data across the CareDx business.
Develop and maintain golden records for customer entities such as patients, providers, and accounts.
Serve as Salesforce.com steward for customer data, supporting hierarchy design and deduplication.
Use matching logic and data stewardship workflows to identify and resolve duplicate or conflicting records.
Lead initial data clean-up, standardization, and remediation of high‑impact data quality issues.
Document SOPs, stewardship playbooks, and training materials for governance.
