Moog is seeking a Data Governance & Business Intelligence Manager to lead governance, KPI definitions, and BI strategy for the Industrial Group. The role partners with Corporate Data Management and IT to align standards, metrics, and reporting across functions, driving trusted, data-driven decision making.
The position is hybrid in Buffalo, NY, with potential for UK/Europe bases; requires leadership experience, strong communication, and expertise in Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, and data
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum seven years of experience in data governance, BI, analytics, performance management, or related disciplines.
- Experience establishing data governance programs, stewardship models, data quality practices.
- Experience defining KPI frameworks, metrics, semantic definitions, and performance measures.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Working familiarity with modern data architectures and platforms.
- Experience supporting ERP transformations; SAP ECC/S/4HANA/SAP BW preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Lead the Industrial Group data governance program with standards and stewardship.
- Establish governed KPI definitions, data ownership, and reporting practices.
- Drive BI strategy, dashboards, and analytics roadmaps; manage BI analysts.
- Partner with process owners to translate requirements into technical specs.
- Support ERP modernization and data migration initiatives with governance oversight.
- Lead change management and communications for new standards and KPIs.
