Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Manager of Data Integrity & Business Intelligence to lead a team of Operations/Business Managers, driving KPI reporting, data governance, and BI modernization. You will shape reporting strategy, partner across functions, and deliver enterprise dashboards using Power BI.

The role requires strong governance experience, cross‑functional collaboration, and a track record of delivering data‑driven outcomes in a large enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years of advanced Power BI development and enterprise reporting experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading managers and operational teams.
• Data integrity, validation, governance; proficiency in DAX, Power Query, SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operations Management & People Leadership with direct oversight of managers and alignment to goals.
• Oversee end‑to‑end BI, reporting, and data governance initiatives with defined scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Design, build, and maintain enterprise BI dashboards, data models, and KPI frameworks.
• Establish and enforce data governance standards, data lineage, validation workflows, and error monitoring.
• Partner with IT, Finance, and Operations to translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
