Job summary

Palm Bay International is seeking a Director of Information Systems to own our Power BI reporting architecture, data governance, and enterprise analytics environment. Location: New York City or Port Washington, NY, 4-day hybrid (M-Th).

You will lead enterprise systems, data platforms, and analytics while driving AI-enabled delivery and strong stakeholder communications. The role requires hands-on leadership, deep Power BI expertise, ERP familiarity (Dynamics 365), and a track record in data

Qualifications

Deep, hands-on Power BI experience including report architecture and data governance.
Strong communication skills with executives and stakeholders, proactive updates.
Beverage alcohol industry experience strongly preferred; CPG considered.
Experience leading IT initiatives and teams.
Solid data governance and compliance background.
Experience with ERP implementations, Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.
Familiarity with VIP and Circana syndicated data.
Advanced Excel for data management and reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise systems delivery across ERP, reporting, and analytics platforms.
Own Power BI dashboards, data definitions, and visualization standards.
Establish data governance policies and ensure data quality and compliance.
Serve as IS point of contact for department heads with proactive updates.
Drive AI tool adoption to accelerate delivery and governance workflows.
Manage IS team performance, growth, and accountability.
Translate IT strategy into operational plans and milestones.
Support IT budgeting, vendor management, and contract administration.
