Moog in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Data Solutions Manager to lead the technical strategy, engineering, and delivery of trusted data and analytics capabilities. You will guide the data lakehouse and ERP data landscape, focusing on platform and engineering components while migrating from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.

You will oversee a global, high-performing data solutions team, partner with Data Governance, Data Management, BI, Finance, and SAP teams, and ensure adherence to enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 7+ years data experience with 5+ years leading data teams.
• Experience with data architecture, governance, and ERP migrations.
• Strong SQL, Python, Spark, and ELT tooling skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee IG’s data solutions team and architecture delivery.
• Define a multi-year data solutions roadmap aligned with governance.
• Own reliability and performance of current data warehouse and analytics.
• Lead migration to Databricks lakehouse and SAP S/4HANA.
• Partner with governance to document logic for harmonization.
• Manage ERP data migration teams across SAP ECC and legacy ERP.
