Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Data Governance & Enablement Specialist in Charlotte to architect governance-as-code platforms and AI-powered monitoring solutions. You will build reusable frameworks and drive standards across the enterprise, working closely with data owners and stewards to ensure data excellence.

The role requires a strong background in data governance and modern data platforms, with experience in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business management or related field.
• 10+ years in data governance, data management, data engineering, or information management.
• Proficient with governance-as-code, policy-as-code, and automated governance pipelines.
• Experience with AI-powered monitoring and scale-ready automation.
• Knowledge of DAMA-DMBOK/DCAM and regulated environments (SEC/FINRA).
