Job summary

Security Benefit is seeking an experienced Data Governance Analyst to mature our enterprise data governance capability. You will help design governance programs, evolve data standards, and ensure data quality across the data platform and legacy systems.

You will report to the AVP, Data Strategy & Enablement and may work remotely for the right candidate, with a hybrid schedule that blends on-site collaboration with flexible work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and operate data governance programs across the enterprise
• Own day-to-day metadata management and support data lineage efforts
• Execute cross-functional data quality initiatives and report outcomes to governance leadership
• Support regulatory compliance activities and maintain audit evidence
