Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in data governance, data analytics, or related discipline.
• Experience with business stakeholders, data owners, and technical teams.
• Experience with data governance or data-quality tooling (e.g., Informatica).
• Experience with cloud data platforms or modern data environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business, data, technology, and governance stakeholders to identify data governance needs.
• Facilitate conversations to establish definitions, ownership, standards, and data usage.
• Support development of glossaries, data dictionaries, metadata, and governance docs.
• Assist with data quality initiatives by identifying and remediating data issues.
• Perform hands-on data analysis using SQL to investigate governance questions.
• Analyze datasets to validate rules, completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
• Translate business requirements into measurable governance rules and data concepts.
• Support data access, sharing, and usage-governance processes.
• Build or maintain reporting or dashboards offering visibility into data quality and governance activities.
