Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information management, public health, data science or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience aligned with the highest skill requirement.
• Familiarity with data sharing agreements and handling of sensitive data.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Centralized data sharing and access governance with audits and SLA tracking.
• Policy interpretation, SOP training, and stewardship practices.
• Maintain metadata and dataset reference sheets; govern critical data elements.
• Coordinate with Legal on data sharing agreements and retention obligations.
• Develop data quality rules and oversee data governance initiatives.
