You will build the operating rhythm, roadmap, and execution plan to scale data quality improvements while partnering with leadership, technical teams, and operations stakeholders.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on measurable outcomes, cross-functional coordination, and translating data issues into business value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales, strategy, and operations experience in a high-tech growth environment or management consulting.
• Ability to identify root causes of problems and ensure execution of solutions.
• Proficiency in navigating multiple stakeholders and escalating issues to leadership.
• Strong willingness to engage in hands-on work while also leading efforts.
• Excellent analytical skills with a structured problem-solving approach.
• Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a fast-paced, changing environment.

This role will focus on improving the quality, consistency, and reliability of customer data across the organization. You will build the operating rhythm, roadmap, and execution plan needed to solve data quality issues at scale while partnering closely with leadership, technical teams, and operations stakeholders. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually
