Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of experience across product management, business transformation, strategy execution, operations leadership, data governance, or related leadership roles within financial services.
• Minimum of 10 years leading high-performing teams in an agile environment.
• Minimum of 5 years serving as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or equivalent leadership role driving strategic business outcomes.
• Experience owning enterprise products, business capabilities, operating models, or data domains with significant regulatory, operational, risk, client, or financial impact.

Responsibilities

• Meet with stakeholders to understand the strategic vision for the product.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to define features.
• Break features down to user stories and prioritize the backlog.
• Drive collaboration across business and technology throughout development.
• Communicate with stakeholders and manage expectations across teams.
• Establish governance and reporting frameworks for executive visibility.
