Job summary

Ladders seeks a Service Delivery Manager - Data & AI to lead data and AI service engagements for clients, ensuring delivery aligns with scope, timeline, and quality. You will partner with customer stakeholders and internal teams to keep projects moving and risks managed.

The role emphasizes governance, capacity planning, and measurable outcomes, with remote work from the US and opportunities to engage with cutting-edge platforms and data initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in project management, service delivery, or operations management.
Experience managing technical and data projects.
Experience with Palantir or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

Coordinate successful delivery of customer projects and service engagements
Align resource capacity with customer demand and project requirements
Track project schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables
Facilitate status meetings and delivery reviews
Identify and address project risks and obstacles
Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and internal teams
