Job summary

Henry Schein, Inc. is seeking a data entry associate to input work orders for dental and lab handpieces and verify warranty claims. You will enter data accurately across software systems and support Customer Service during high call volume, using Microsoft Office daily.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and preferred experience with Word/Excel, plus basic math and reading procedures to follow standard work instructions.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a relevant position desired.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) preferred.
• Basic computer skills and software use (email, document prep, and spreadsheets) desired.

Responsibilities

• Enters work orders for dental and laboratory handpieces
• Reviews work orders to verify customer warranty claims
• Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs
• Completes warranty work for various vendors, specifically tracking items to ensure accuracy
• Acts as a backup to the Customer Service Representatives, by assisting with taking overflow telephone calls, at times of high call volume
• Work with Microsoft Office
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required
