Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional repair services; install when needed.
• Maintain tools and readiness for on-site service and installation.
• Lead on-site installation, repair, maintenance and testing tasks.
• Follow troubleshooting steps to diagnose errors and determine solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend to optimize experience.
• Mentor junior technicians to ensure quality service.
• Manage van inventory and ensure parts availability.
• Generate timely, detailed service reports for customers and tracking.
• Complete all required paperwork (FDA forms, expense reports, etc.).
• Adhere to Fleet Management Policy and safety protocols.
• Participate in special projects as required.
