The Salvation Army Northern Division Headquarters (DHQ) in Roseville, MN seeks a Data Entry Assistant to support the Twin Cities Toy Shop program by entering and maintaining Social Services data in SIMS and TSAMM. This is a time-limited role for about three months, paying $17.25 per hour for 25 hours per week, based in Roseville, MN.

Key tasks include data entry, verification, responding to inquiries, document management, and database support.

Formación

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Experience with a management information system, preferred.
Must pass required background checks, possess a valid driver’s license, and meet The Salvation Army’s Motor Vehicle Record requirements.

Responsabilidades

Data Entry (50%): Accurately and efficiently enter information into the SIMS database.
Data Verification (20%): Verify the accuracy of data in SIMS and TSAMM.
Inquiry Response (15%): Respond to inquiries regarding entered data.
Document Management (5%): Maintain and secure received data and source documents, filing or routing source documents after entry.
Database Support (5%): Support the maintenance and integrity of the SIMS database.
Technical Support Coordination (5%): Contact the SIMS help desk to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data.
