Job summary

The Salvation Army Northern Division Anoka 360 Life Center in Blaine, MN seeks a part-time Data Entry Clerk for approximately 16 hours/week over ~5 months. You will enter and verify data in SIMS and HMIS, respond to inquiries, and manage source documents.

Requires a high school diploma and reliability; background checks and a valid driver's license may be required. This is a temporary, on-site role supporting community services.

Qualifications

• Experience with a management information system (HMIS/SIMS) preferred.
• Background checks and a valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry into SIMS and HMIS (50%).
• Data Verification for accuracy (20%).
• Respond to inquiries regarding entered data (15%).
• Document management and filing after entry (5%).
• Support database integrity of SIMS/HMIS (5%).
• Coordinate with help desks for data questions (5%).
