You will analyze and process information from filings and other digital sources, entering data accurately while following established standards. You’ll work independently and with teammates to meet production goals and maintain data

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable managing repetitive tasks in a high-volume environment.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Enter data accurately and efficiently into internal systems following established formatting and classification standards.
Review records for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
Identify and correct omissions, formatting issues, and logical inconsistencies.
Track edits, corrections, and exceptions to support auditing and continuous process improvement.
Meet productivity and quality expectations in a high-volume environment.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of work.
