Job is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to help transfer large amounts of data into a new database system and update existing files. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, capable of identifying errors, and able to work with minimal supervision.

You will input data into database cells, document work orders, manage control systems, and coordinate with plant staff to meet deadlines. This is a remote, entry‑level role designed for accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; previous data entry experience preferred.
• Ability to read and write effective reports and business correspondence using Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work in production environments while wearing safety equipment.
• Experience operating computers and using database technology.

Responsibilities

• Record and input data into database cells accurately.
• Enter information in work orders and document control systems.
• Understand and manage document control and file records.
• Receive incoming and outgoing materials.
• Transfer records between software programs.
• Photocopying and scanning as needed.
• Work well in a team and meet timelines.
• Coordinate activities with plant supervisors to optimize data base performance.
