Job summary

Sunny Days Entertainment is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team in the United States. You will enter, update, and maintain data across systems, ensuring accuracy and reliability for cross-functional processes.

You'll collaborate with various departments, handle export/import paperwork, and support ERP workflows, with SAP Business One experience preferred. This is a full-time on-site role with PTO benefits.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe applications.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support business processes, identify and resolve data inconsistencies, and uphold the integrity of our information systems. Key Responsibilities:

Sales Order Processing, Timely Shipping, and Customer Billing

• Inventory Availability Checks
• Review Shipping Documentation, including international export/import paperwork
• Coordinating with international shipping partners and global clients

Requirements:
