Job Title: Data Entry Specialist / Records Administrator
The Data Entry Specialist / Records Administrator enters information from digital maintenance documents into a computerized maintenance tracking system and ensures the accuracy, legibility, and proper indexing of all records. This role also supports mail processing by matching original hard copy documents to their corresponding digital records and participates in peer-to-peer training to help maintain consistent processes and standards.
This position operates in a professional corporate office environment with standard business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The role is fully onsite during the training period at a corporate office location in the Columbus area. The dress code is business casual. Team members work with computerized maintenance tracking systems and document management tools, including Onbase, and collaborate closely with peers and supervisors in a structured, detail-oriented setting. The role serves as a strong entry point into the organization, with opportunities for advancement into other groups after successful performance in the position for over a year.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH.
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
