Herc Rentals is seeking a meticulous Data Entry Specialist to accurately input and maintain data across our systems. You will review data for accuracy, perform validations, and generate management reports while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

The role supports audits and cross-functional teams to improve data processes. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in data entry or data management, strong Excel skills, and excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with data entry, data management, or administrative support is expected (1-3 years).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; familiarity with databases/ CRM/ERP is preferred.

Responsibilities
