Job summary

TAIHO MANUFACTURING OF TENNESSEE LL is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support manufacturing operations. You will gather invoices, statements, and documents, transcribe data, and maintain accurate records in spreadsheets and digital databases.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2–3 years of office experience, and familiarity with Microsoft Windows including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of office experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing production preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Gathering invoices, statements, reports, and documents from employees, other departments, and clients.
• Scanning information to identify pertinent data.
• Correcting errors and organizing information for accurate capture.
• Creating spreadsheets to track customer information and orders.
• Transferring data from hard copy to a digital database.
• Updating customer information in a database.
• Organizing data in spreadsheets and updating reports.
• Verifying outdated data and making necessary changes to records.
• Operating office equipment such as scanners and printers.
• Entering data into spreadsheets and updating reports.
• Reviewing production reports and entering manhour information.
• Typing data quickly and accurately.
