• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, data entry, warehouse operations, or a related industrial environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel for data tracking, reporting, and recordkeeping.
• Must be detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, maintain, and verify production data using Excel and internal systems.
• Monitor and update operational records, reports, and production documentation.
• Support manufacturing operations by ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
• Review production information and identify discrepancies for correction.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding production updates and reporting needs.
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed to support production goals.
• Maintain organized records while adhering to company procedures and quality standards.
• Work independently and collaboratively to ensure efficient daily operations.
