Array is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to ensure efficient data center operations, handling physical media, data management, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key duties include media logistics, data reporting and validation, client support, and invoicing for storage services, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and database tools. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience handling physical media and data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Knowledge of the eDiscovery business is a preferred qualification.

Responsibilities

• Media Management: Ship and receive data media, catalog and track media inventory, and maintain accurate records.
• Reporting & Data Validation: Generate reports, track data movement, and conduct audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Customer Service: Provide high-level customer service, respond to inquiries, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Billing: Create accurate invoices for data storage and related services.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard computer applications. Experience with database management software a plus.
