Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our Customer Services & Support Group in Boyers, PA. You will bridge physical records and digital management by keying data, resolving discrepancies, and managing work orders to ensure our clients’ information remains accurate and accessible.

You will handle electronic moves, destruction requests, and generate monthly/quarterly reports while maintaining data integrity.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of data entry experience in a service-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in PC applications and MS Office; comfortable with database software.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Input and manage data across the inventory lifecycle, including keying label details, executing electronic carton moves, processing permanent removals, and handling destruction requests.
• Research and resolve data exceptions, discrepancies, and customer inquiries with account managers and project teams.
• Process hardcopy records into digital images, perform quality control audits, and burn project CDs.
• Issue customer documentation, including receipts, destruction certificates, and month-end/quarter-end reports.
• Prepare packaged products for delivery, support customer service workflows, and help train new team members.
