Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Data Entry/Invoice Processing Specialist in Brentwood, TN. You will enter and verify high-volume invoice data, post invoices into Oracle, and maintain data integrity across systems.

The role requires keen attention to detail, proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace, and the ability to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines. Experience with Accounts Payable and Oracle is a plus.

Data Entry/Invoice Processing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain high-volume data in databases, spreadsheets, and software systems with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Process and post a high volume of invoices into Oracle as part of a dedicated team supporting an invoice backlog of 30,000+ invoices.
• Review and verify invoice and data information for errors, inconsistencies, or missing details prior to entry.
• Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity across all platforms.
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry, including scanning, uploading, and filing.
• Retrieve and review data when requested by team members or management.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of entered information.
• Generate basic reports from databases or spreadsheets as needed.
• Follow data privacy and security protocols when handling sensitive information.
• Communicate with internal teams to clarify data discrepancies or gather missing information.
• Prioritize accuracy, reliability, and productivity while working through a high-volume backlog within established deadlines.
