Vaco by Highspring is seeking a finance professional to support month-end close, cash management, and financial reporting in Hanover, MD. You will handle general ledger tasks, AP activities, and vendor payment coordination while ensuring invoice accuracy and timely settlements.

The role emphasizes cash flow optimization, balance sheet analysis, and preparing reports to aid forecasting and business decisions. Strong Excel skills are required to excel in this position.

Qualifications

• Experience with general ledger close processes and month-end reporting.
• Strong understanding of AP, vendors, and invoice reconciliation.
• Ability to prepare financial statements, analyze balance sheets, and forecast cash flow.
