Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to support payroll operations for our growing organization. This position focuses on standard payroll processing, reporting, reconciliations, and internal workflow improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume payroll administration and hands-on experience with enterprise-level payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and review payroll cycles for a diverse employee base across multiple regional jurisdictions.
• Ensure accuracy regarding calculations, standard deductions, withholding taxes, and employee master data.
• Audit system reports, identify processing discrepancies, and resolve general payroll-related issues.
• Support software updates, routine testing, and continuous system maintenance activities.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure operational accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with routine tax reporting, account reconciliations, and standard year-end processing.
• Maintain secure records and comprehensive internal documentation.
• Compile data and generate analytical reports utilizing advanced spreadsheet functions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline administrative workflows and improve department efficiencies.
• Address employee inquiries and resolve general account questions in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of dedicated payroll processing experience.
• Direct experience utilizing mainstream enterprise resource planning (ERP) or human capital management (HCM) platforms.
• Familiarity handling multi-jurisdictional compliance and varied tax structures.
• Strong spreadsheet skills, including data manipulation, formulas, and data analysis.
• Solid understanding of standard payroll taxes, voluntary/involuntary deductions, and basic labor laws.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational habits.
